What do you mean what's wrong with him? Are you expecting him to hit 90% from 50+?

no but 50% would be nice and i'ld like him to have a bit more distance on the k.o. shopping him to other teams now though, coz they have him set to routinely attempt 62+ with a 37-yd punter

kickers and punters are going to be my only-ever shots at WL, and i'd like to get at least one up there

There's a handful of WL that aren't hitting 50%. And those guys are all 20 levels higher, have their SAs filled out and probably have 20 or so more kicking than your dot. My kicker was 2/8 last season http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=1506119 and he's an old non-Archetype dot.

If you're wanting to play WL as a kicker you have got to have AE. Kicking is by far the most important attribute and AE provides an additional 3 kicking for each item.

Honestly, and not to beat on you, if you're looking world league, this guy won't cut it. No AE is pretty much the biggest problem, but add to that you spent points in Aura and it's not looking good. I mean I realize it's only 2 points but it makes you look bad.

Yeah, I'm not finished with him yet. Just trying to get him as good as I can before I waste anymore BTs shopping. The two aura points were a mistake, when the archetype thing first hit, and I figured, wth, maybe it'll trigger if he has to tackle somebody. Saving up the BTs for decent AEQ with relevant bonuses. Everything he gets is for head fakes and jukes with +whatever to carrying or stamina or catching--or obvious defensive garbage when considering it's for a kicker and not an LB or DB (%intercept, etc.). Thought they "fixed" all that.

nah I don't ever shop - I find it to be a huge waste.

As for the build...

Your KO average (and likely 50+%) will come up as your kicking rises. But 50+ will always be a crap shoot.

SP I'd put a few more into confidence to get it to 83 or so natural; maybe even 85 and then do the same with vision. if you're planning 3 AE make one of each SA (combined with +3 kicking). Added to CE and then 3 natural in each that puts you at even 10s. Rest of the SP I'd put into capping speed and double or triple capping agi. If there's anything left maybe push more big boot or CN.
