I think it would be promising if players could change their position based on their build. For instance if a RB is built more like a FB, or if a WR is built more like a TE. The scouting report could show this as a preview when going through the different positions to see where they would best be used. Then, the player's agent and owner/managers would have to accept the position switch before it becomes official. Maybe at a cost of a few flex points or team chemistry(maybe even boosting team chemistry). Just a thought

you can play out of position, the penalty isn't really that big
