I have long has a good system on my 85'Bears team, but one of my main weaknesses is my build guide and tactic settings. I am only middle of the road when it comes to builds & tactics in PWG, but I need to be better if I am to win a gold championship with this team.
Thus I am looking for someone VERY skilled in player templates and accompanying tactics to join my team for next season. This person would actually have to join during the playoffs this season and work with me on the personnel for S26 and what my goals are for every position and then come up with a solid template and tactics that my agents will use starting on day 40 of this season.
