What's the minimum strength/carrying an RB should have for fumble prevention? I'm not asking where those should be for breaking tackles, etc. Just what is the minimum I need to see an RB consistently not fumble?

Unfortunately having a good break tackle score is the best way to avoid a fumble.

The defender gets to roll for a fumble if their make tackle score is a certain threshold above your RB/FB's break tackle score. So if they beat you by enough they get to do a fumble roll.

However, that wasn't what you asked, and I have no clue what the minimum carrying, strength, agility, vision, and confidence are to avoid a fumble once the defender gets to roll for a fumble. Because I have no clue how they are weighted. I would assume that Carrying is first, followed by strength and agility. But that is how I also assume the break tackle roll goes, so I have no clue here. But if I was just looking to mitigate fumbles I'd go for 85+ carrying, 95+ agility, and 80+ strength.

Speed and stamina both play a part too. Speed in that the higher the speed, the greater the impact when your tackled, and stamina in that the more tired your player becomes, the less he secures the ball. Or something along those lines.

Depends what league you're in and if the OC likes to aggravate the play-calling spam penalty. While I can't speak from a HB perspective, I will say from a special teams return man perspective in the Pro Leagues, you'll need a shit load. Take carrying to +82, work towards 3/1 stamina, and possibly a fumble prevention piece.

Even with that, you may fumble once every five games. There's a point of diminishing returns where you have to ask yourself if you're going overboard with the carrying. One fumble every five games is fine. I'd rather work on the more important things, like spd, agi, vis, and SA's.
