I'm the owner of the Coalville Colliers - http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=1720
I work two full-time jobs and have an 11-month old son who goes through baby food and diapers like a tornado. lol! In short, I'm busy as hell. But I do still find time to manage Coalville. However, that time is not nearly the sort of time required for the Colliers to experience the consistent success that the talent on the team merits. That is why I would love for some of you to help me run this team.
Here are the positions I hope to be filled:
Co-Owner - Basically same powers as the owner and helps oversee all aspects of the team
Head Coach - Manages both sides of the ball, offense and defense
OC & Asst OC - Would love to see someone come in make the most of the explosive talent we have on our offense
Asst DC - We've got an outstanding defense who's true potential is untapped
Scout (x2) - Need a couple guys here to help our OC/DC's with upcoming opponents and ensure we have the best gameplan possible
Recruiter (x2) - Help us fill vacancies and upgrade the roster. The whole staff will be involved
I will give you guys freedom in decision-making and will only consult when needed. This will basically be your team. All I'm looking for are knowledgeable GLB'ers with an enthusiasm and passion for winning in this game.
