I think that we should change the blue lines pointing to the WR that a defender is supposed to cover based on if they should play w/o move or line up over them.

I think just changing cover man (normal) to a red line would best do this

I'd agree with either a line color change, or moving the CB to where he'd line up vs. the play.

+1: long overdue.

I also had a Suggestion several seasons back (17-19 or so) asking for the DPC to have a drop down to pick Offensive Formations & to show the formation. This would allow better options for picking the correct players nearby for covering.

I'd also prefer if the default was WITHOUT MOVE

+1 but rather than a line color change...I'd suggest making it a dashed line when in "Cover Man w/o Move" so that it depicts as variable based on alignment.

+1.

I hate having 1 or 2 CBs in a play, after finishing designing it, that look like they're completely out of position and/or stacked on top of another dot or something.

now that each offensive formation can be viewed why not simply have the defender assigned to cover a particular guy line up where "cover man" would put him...if he is moved then it becomes "without move," sort of the way "normal" position changes when you move someone
