I have a really crappy team that I want to get rid of but it has a lot of talented players and a dedicated coaching staff, instead of selling the team, I would like to donate it to one of my coaches who will do a good job until the ownership period runs out.

I understand the reasoning behind it, but I don't foresee it being implemented because of the possibility for it to be abused.

Perhaps if it goes through a referral/approval process first.

I'm fairly sure I read somewhere that you can transfer a team by contacting support. I suspect that is because of potential abuse in an automated system.
