As a co-ordinator you hope that players set their individual tactics to what has been suggested and I think most players do. But if you have several players on several teams you might miss setting some tactics from time to time.
I suggest that the co-ordinators have a pull down menu of Individual Tactics for all of the player positions that they co-ordinate for. They set them. Then on the players page under the Individual tactics the player has the option of accepting the default tactics (the ones created by the co-ordinator) or create your own (like it is now).
It would also be a big help during vacations and holidays. A player could click the Accept Default Tactics and as the co-ordinator changes the individual tactics for different games as long as he is set to accept the default ones his individual tactics would change to the new ones as well. The player still keeps the option of setting his own tactics or accepting the ones recommended by the team.
There is something similar to this in the NGTH list but I think the above suggestion still gives the player full control over their individual tactics and how they are set, either by themselves or by allowing the team co-ordinators to set them. It's a win win for both sides.
