Especially considering the game is still in Beta-Testing Mode, those who generate suggestions that are implemented (helping to improve the game) should be rewarded with bonus XP's

this...... at least lately moreso than I can remember. Should prb just shut down the suggestions forums altogether TBH since it breeds a false hope that they actually care about what you think.

Those agents are trying to help your sim and deserve some communication from the GLB brass that knows the inner workings of what is going on. The issue is two-fold.
First, you'd be promoting people to spam the suggestions forum. You'd be throwing suggestions at the wall hoping something sticks. Quantity destroying quality.
Second, you'd have to deal with people suggesting the same thing. If multiple people suggest something, who really claims the idea? Or if I post something that someone else brought up, who really gets the credit?

This is not going to happen, for many reasons that were stated above.
Any incentives that improve a players performance etc (that aren't universal, everyone gets this) are pretty much NGTH. While I understand the argument that everyone has the ability to suggest something, it still gives that specific player an advantage over the others etc.
Non flex and non player boosting incentives would be fine, like for example a trophy or something that was mostly just for show / bragging rights, but not this. Sorry
