Create a VA for offensive skill players who have the innate ability to "run like the cops are chasing you"

No intent to insult whatsoever. I don't care what you look like, if the cops are chasing you, you are probably running wit a little extra giddy-up.

I think the suggestion deserves valid debate, no harm intended to anybody whatsoever.
