I was one of those who posted threads asking for the left over experience to be converted to something useful like training points. So I am happy we got the Plateau Experience Exchange.

BUT as it is its tedious and boring. You really only have one intelligent choice, the training points. The other two choices are Traps for the idiot (if you need to ask why, do). Which means that the system as is is either going to screw a player up, or make him waste carpal tunnel karma on clicks converting exp to training points at a click per 65 xp left over, up to 15 wasted clicks.

Either make the choice a real one (Skill Points and Bonus Tokens cheaper to compensate for lost training so that a player would have an intelligent reason to consider those options, say Skill Point per 150 Exp and 6 BTs for 3 TPs or whatever seems to be a decent deal but not one that then makes the training a stupid choice and instead makes it a choice for the player to make based on his needs with this characters end build).

Or, lacking that, just turn the choice off and automatically give us Final Exp/65 +2 BTs and be done with it when they hit plateau (or just one Convert button if you want to give us a chance to see the left over EXP and to perhaps time the conversion for some reason).

He is saying that Players are losing out on training if they chose to use light to get 6 BT's. So if they would make it a better option by doing something similar to what was in this:

Yes, the point is that if you cash in your excess experience at plateau and buy bonus points you get no training benefits AND you get less Bonus Points than you would get buying the training points for less experience points and using them to train light.

And skill points are even worse cost wise.
