Pretty much self explanatory. Instead of going up and scrolling through a list, or going back to your main screen to reclick a player. Speed it up by having a button that goes to the next player so you can scan through all players quicker to check AEQ, SP's, BT's ect when building.

I think the existing "select another player" drop down is easier--guess it depends on how many dots you have.. if its more than a dozen or so i would think scrolling would take forever...

easier to keep track of all of them if you have the main page view set to "list" rather than "grid"...try that if you don't do it already

I like it.

I also like it. I use a lot of the tricks that fogie55 mentioned, but find the "select another player" drop-down to be cumbersome. A set of "prev/next" links would help me make sure that I've looked at every player in that age range without losing my place or having to reload the homepage X times or open X tabs.

I have enough to make it fun. The click and drag is nice, although I'm on player X, now drop and drag down to player Y, now I'm on Y, and I have to go to player Z. Which are all on the same team, or atleast in the same age group, Where as the current system is randomized both alphabetically, position wise, player level, and age.
