This is flat unacceptable.

Edit: Yup second support email sent on 11/1. Sent 7 messages. Any other suggestions?

Edit two: the helpful first responder kindly marked the issue complete with a guess response. Second one still open and that guy was pretty cool but it's still been awhile. Total joke.

Going to lock this as it's obviously not a suggestion.

Rod was the support ticket marked as "complete" (listed under the 'Previous Support Request' tab)? I'd recommend sending another ticket. That's far from the norm, your ticket should have been dealt with already.
