Since he is a rusher, he is not bad. Lots of speed, decent strength. If I were you I would get agility and carrying to the 48-cap asap, and maybe get his catching and stamina up as well (rushing FBs with good catching are great for catching dump passes and screens).

They way the sim is going, if you are building for end game, I'd advise taking that speed over 81.
