Looks like you built him possibly to be decent now, but his long term outlook is bleak. Kicking is by far the most important attribute for a kicker so to spend SP on anything but kicking until it's past 81 is not a good idea generally.
If you want to keep this build, double cap kicking then single cap vis/con then back to kicking to the mid 80s natural.
