I would suggest you at least upgrade your equipment to level 8.

You should have already capped confidence, then go back for more kicking. What MileHigh said is true as well.

Since strength is not a major you shouldn't be training it anyway. Get con to 90% or so then cap it, then train it more while pushing kicking.

Sorry, I thought you hadn't upgraded your equipment. But the problem is that you are only wearing 2 pieces instead of 4.
