Even with a HB with 22% break tackle bonus and high BT SA's, I'm seeing a lot fewer broken tackles, and very few spin/pt procs. Anyone else noticing the same or am I just going crazy?

yes. my guess is that the all the plateau builds that had super speed and agility but had neglected tackling.....used all those extra SP's to fix tackling

I was hoping that would be offset by the nerfing of both break tackle and make tackle AEQ, but I think he may be right because it's easier for defenders to raise weak tackling skills than higher level HBs to increase tackle breaking ability considering that most have 80-90+ already.
