With the effective level increase it is time to revamp the list. Version 3 will no longer be updated, and will keep the records from previous to change.

1. You have the greatest difference between your effective level and real level (e.g: you are level 70 and your effective level is 82, that means your difference is 12)
2. You are the youngest player to reach a level 84 effective level (and first to brag)
3. You have a player with the highest SP value at his position.
4. Rule change, NO SSB DOTS will be used.

Remember, bragging is caring.

Tiebreaker is player SP value.

Please make your post in the same format as the OP, so my life can be a bit easier.

Can we just redo the greatest differences? And the quickest to 75? (change to age based, ldo)

I havn't either but not a lot of 79 players yet so it might show up.

Place rules on equipment. Lets get rid of these builds with 1 or 2 pieces of AEQ. No one cares about them and their terribad builds.

The only time you really see them show up is when they retire/about to retire and cash it in to push their player value as high as they can get it.

You see the same thing on the LOLbar thread as well.

I'm not going to hold it against someone if they want to build a player with no AEQ to claim the best eff level or best dif. Everyone can see they don't have aeq and know how they got there.
