Time for my semi-annual plea for people to send $5-$10 via Paypal to pabst, monsterkill, and any others who create the scripts you enjoy. Those guys do a lot to enhance the experience of playing this game, and it's worth showing them some appreciation. I've lost count of the number of times I've donated a little bit of money to each of them, but I do it because I appreciate the work they've put in, and how that work has helped me. Create the greasemonkey variable with all the league id's you want and you won't have to.

Otherwise, just load every league, pick your games, and hit save. Then you'll never have to do it again.
