I'm already shitting my pants about this game. I agree that we are underdogs. The U Canes are MUCH MUCH better than their record reflects.

we have a very tough game vs the squirrels, I wouldn't be surprised to see this game go either way with a FG or less being the difference.

The question isn't whether you "can" cover it. Put in a gameplan designed to run it up and it could happen. The question is "will" you cover it? A lot of what comes into play on a line like this is whether the team will ease up and try to not run it up, or whether they are gonna go munchkin and do what they can to run it up.

Judging by other teams games against the Longhorns I'm not sure if it's possible not to run it up. Might as well shoot for the moon I guess.
