Hopefully ASAP for week 2 picks

I didnt read all 4 pages (lolme) but not in the OP... should be a running tally of how many teams remain and how many teams are eliminated each round (was a nice aspect when AA ran it)

Also, add in the ability for users to make picks for later weeks. This would be good, especially if someone has to go away from GLB for a bit (such as a vacation) but still allow them to participate in it. If they get eliminated while they are gone, the picks don't count, but if they are still in it, they don't get penalized for being away for more than 2 days.

I've now lost 3 survivor contests due to forgetting to make a week 2 pick.
I understand and know the problem with the current system, I even have a physical list of the contests I was in... and yet... I still missed them.

However soon this gets implemented won't be soon enough.
