Anyone have any thoughts on how much worse XP% will get with kick blocking? Think it will affect all kicks the same?

not that glb is always reasonable, but my hunch is that the key will be the blockers. Teams will need to actually use players that can block on the line, rather than use XP time for extra pt for anyone. If blocking is good, xp% should not chance. we will see.

You know what's really going to suck? Now you need a LS who can actually block, so he's not going to be able to tackle pretty much at all on punt coverage.

If anyone's interested, I've written a program to tally kicker stats across leagues and seasons. Currently it includes season 20 and up, and university level and up.

https://spreadsheets.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?pli=1&hl=en_US&key=t6xwbwt0d-i9PxjPMwATz8w&hl=en_US#gid=2

Will be interesting to see if there's a notable decline in XP%. Right now, at least down to the university level, XPs are hit at right around 98% of the time.
