I have absolutely no experience coordinating or making players in this game, but I am available for quite a few hours in almost every day, have extensive football and browser-based RPG knowledge that will no doubt aide me in quickly becoming a great and respected member of the community.

From what research I've done so far the most likely place to find solid and sustained competition against similar opponents is here in peewee, and thus this is where I will mount my flag.

I'm aware that finding players for a team is a very difficult process which is why I am hoping to fulfill a coordinator void for at least a couple of seasons before I go into making my own team or even fielding my own players.

I am 100% confident that by the end of the season my effort will prove more than enough to qualify me for the position-that is if you can bare to overlook the first couple of games.

-Can't say I'm thrilled by the lack of notion to my comments above, please get in touch with me I am anxiously awaiting your response.

Good morning, and don't get too disgruntled by the lack of response. Most people will ignore Coordinator titled threads like this we are fairly well consistent down here in Pee Wee.

I would HIGHLY suggest starting off by making a few players and playing for a season before jumping into the coordinator role. Not saying you won't be successful if you do, but it's hard to understand the finer tweaks of this came if you've never even built a player or know how the individual player tactics relate to the game tactics you set in the team AI. You can learn a lot from just playing a few players for a season.

While I'm sure eventually someone will give you the chance to coordinate for their team (heck you could buy a pee wee team for 400 flex and run it with computer players for a season) it's just going to take some time for people to see this. You could also check out the 'Players looking for teams" thread under GM/DC/OC http://goallineblitz.com/game/forum_thread_list.pl?forum_id=66 and post there as more people tend to look there for rookie teams, which might be a good learning environment as well.

Most pee wee teams have a win now mindset and might not want to take a chance on a new player like yourself, while rookie teams are sometimes fine with not being the best right now because their end goal is the upper levels.

You are correct in your learning that some of the best competition is down here in Pee Wee, but Copper and most Silver leagues are no different than the Rookie leagues.

While I have been generously offered an opportunity to be mentored in to a great existing coordinator system (TIA) I would still love to hear from someone granting me access to run their entire offense outright for at least the upcoming season.

No offense but I was hoping to get on with a team at least hoping to be competitive this season, thanks for the offer though.
