Helping out O'Side.... More of a consultant type position. I'm not sure I have the time to gameplan for every team I GM/ Coach..
Luckily I'm in a couple of Cake Leagues. Won't be doing much gameplanning til Playoff time.

With that being said. I might move into more of a consulting position with more teams next season and Coach fewer. Pee Wee Silver needs a little more competition and I'm willing to help more teams become competitive..
