i have a Hb with a fumbling problem. his carrying is at a 33.23 and i have 3 on cover up and my strength is at a 26. does confidence help? please help.

Confidence helps if he fumbles he will just shake it off if your confidence is high, if not he is more likely to fumble again. So I think confidence helps.
