Warrior General Games

So I am new to the website, just signed up today. I played a few manager games like this in the past and heard this was the best one for football.

So I made a few players and bought a sophmore team, not knowing you cant sign age 0 players to the team. Sold the team then, and now It wont let me buy a rookie team due to a 21 day waiting period.

Is there any way I can get this 21 day waiting period lifted so I can put my players on my team right now?
