too early to use greasemonkey ranking script, and very little point until teams finish their rosters... so many still with a dozen or more CPU players

based only on effective level (which is not necessarily a good indicator since the stat only measures the EL of a portion of the roster, so a team, for example, with 20 guys at EL 30 and 30 CPU players would rank higher than a team with 55 guys at EL 29.
