Looks like it, maybe I just don't know enough about elite #1 teams but it doesn't make sense. Even the team that won elite last season was put into #2. I thought Elite 1 was supposed to be the best teams.

University is 61-120 and Local Minors is 101-160 in Age Levels. He must have want to try and move up quicker ...... This is something that has to be requested though.

So I was wondering about my team dropping to #2... I thought... well mediocre playoffs performance probably screwed me... then I look at the teams here in #2 and 805 were in #1 last season... :/
