It could be a season in the making.Hey Chris does Brett Favre play in GLB? Man I love that guy.
Chris Berman: Yah I think he does John your in luck.So John whats on tap for today?
John Madden: Well this merger you see here is real big news.I mean you know you know expansion is great and I'm big on expansion and the whole expansion idea is great.
TN and PhillyFan whats the report?

Breaking news just in...There are reports of a draft expansion for this seasons draft.
Reports have confirmed that there will be a AFK alternative to the draft.
AFK or Away From Keyboard Drafting is a system. This allows any team owner that can't be present at the draft to make a draft list and the players will be picked for you.The President of FAA or better know as Free Agent Autodraft has agreed to join forces with the ILOF and in making the GLB Draft Experience that much more fun and better for everyone.Along with the merger with FAA.The ILOF has been hard at work to get the best tools available for the draft.
There will be a registration form this season through the ILOF website to make it easier for players and teams to enter our draft. There will also be many extra's being added to both the forum and the website.

Hey guys, just thought I'd drop in and introduce myself. I'm the new head of the AFK, and previous head of the FAAD. I went to TN for some tips/advice on getting the FAAD started and he proposed the idea of merging the two of us. I couldn't pass such an opportunity up, so I accepted. As TN explained the AFK is an addition to the ILOF which will bring new opportunities to teams and players. Team owners just submit a draft prospect list if they are not able to make it to the draft, and I do the drafting for them. I am a team owner myself, and have been around GLB for many seasons, so I have plenty of experience. It is a simple and quick procedure which will help the draft move by that much quicker.

Thanks,

PhillyFan536

(Just call me Philly, it's shorter.)

Chris Berman: Your right John. This ILOF and FAA merger reminds me of the old days when the AFL became the NFL.
John Madden: Yah those were the days when you knocked a guy out BOOM!.Guys would be waiting over him to see if he got up so if he got up he could knock him out again BOOM! and give him a Double BOOM!
Chris Berman: Good thing they put the new rules in place to prevent long term memory loss John.
John Madden: Oh is that why they put that rule there.I used to love to watch guys get knocked out BOOM!
Chris Berman: Well this merger will help out alot of players and teams John.
John Madden: Well yah if Brett Favre plays there and this thing helps him out,I'm ok with it,I love that guy
You know Chris latest news coming in is gherman got unbanned.peadawg, jmisky and bmhswr have the news:

Chris Berman: I have no idea John,we'll just have to see.
John Madden: I think we have a report coming.dash has the news of the 1st 4 picks done in the mock draft today
dash24 what the report?

Pick #1:Berlin Brew

With the 1st Pick in the 1st Round Berlin Brew select:
DE #93 B-B- Q
http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=1947926
Current Season Stats:
Games 6 - Tackles 6 - Sacks 3 - Pass Deflections 3 - Tackles for a Loss 2
B-B-Q is one of the fastest DE's available for his level.Has shown that he can get sacks even early in his career.Good at stopping the outside rush and has 2 Tackles for a loss to back it up.
Top Plays:
Sack for a 5 yard loss:

Sack for a 6.5 yard loss:
http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=1070259&pbp_id=7646439
Sack for a 5.5 yard loss:
http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=1070307&pbp_id=5874739
(NFL equal Julius Peppers)

Pick #2: Pavel

With the 2nd overall pick in the Season 15 ILOF Draft, Pavel selects:
MLB Joe Cardoso
http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=1919788
Games 6 - Tackles 9 - Pass Deflections - 1
Although his stats aren't incredible, Cardoso has a fantastic build (according to his scouting bar) and is the perfect position to start for Pavel. Pavel only has 5 players, all of which that are offensive lineman. You would think they would want a QB or HB to start but a MLB is always a great start.
(NFL equal Patrick Willis)

Pick#3: Pleasant

with the 3rd pick we will draft Alois Hingerl FB.
http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=1927540

They need a FB, n why nt draft one that give u another option on offense. A carrying rate of 6.1 is pretty darn good n a rarity from FB. It would give the offense another dimension n make it so much harder on the defenses to plan for the run game. Now they have to factor in a FB that can do damage to them as well. Think Le'ron Mcclain for the Ravens.

pick#4: Pleasant

Aaroon oneil- HB
http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=1837889

With this pick Pleasant will have a premium Hb n FB that the offense can rely on n take the pressure off of whoever is playing QB. His 14.1 yard per carry avg is good for almost any team to use. Just feed him the rock n watch him make a little Chris Johnson like move to the endzone. He had a 158 rushing yards , another 34 receiving yards n 3 combined TD's. Can u say a solid all around game. With this kind of offense talent you just can't go wrong!
(NFL equal Chirs Johnson)

Chris Berman: Your right John, unbelievable report dash.Great young talent in it this season.
John Madden: I like that LB Joe Cardoso looks like when he locks in BOOM! Feel bad for the ball carriers BOOM!
Chris Berman: I like HB Aaroon O'Neil that guy sees a hole and WOOOT! gone.
I heard he broke a guys ankles with a headfake.
John Madden: Yah Chris hes a good one hes got some power and you know I like power.
Lower the shoulder and BOOM! If he gets back up BOOM again.Thats how I used to play.
Chris Berman: John your turning all red.You look like Santa.
John Madden: Chris I still have most my hair kidding Chris you know I'm playin.
Anyway Chris reports just in gherman got banned again.peadawg, jmisky and bmhswr have the news:

Anyway John this seasons draft is looking great.Top Notch teams just waiting to select players entering.
John Madden: I agree hasn't been a pool like this, this early in a while.
Chris Berman: Can't wait to see this all play out draft day.Well that's it for today,I'm Chris Berman
John Madden and I'm John Madden untill next time goodnight.

Fordyyy: "That's how it was with me. When I got a team, I started to be a prolific forum poster (I'm sure a lot of people in the ILOF know about this). How well would you say you know GLB? Things like knowing how to build well, the right attributes to train, etc."

i have a hard time knowing if i should build on the special skills or the regular skills"

Pumkinbread5: Hey I'm pumkinbread5 here from the field along with peadawg, agent of many players in this year's ILOF draft. I'm here to focus on his players Dwight Shockley, Walter Shockley, and George Shockley how are you peadawg?

Peadawg: Good

Pumkinbread5: How is your QB built?

Peadawg: Dwight is a pure pocket passer, although I'm working his speed and agility up a bit more to evade the rush, he will never be a rushing QB.

Pumkinbread5: And I see your C has high strength (over 100) how do you plan to use him?

Peadawg: Walter is strictly a road-grading, NT tackle destroying, hole opening center.

Pumkinbread5: I see you've focused your OT on blocking but also have strong strength and agility are you going to continue with blocking mostly?

Peadawg: Definitely, he's played the majority of his career on the right side, figured blocking to the strong side made more sense against the strength DE. The run game goes over my side, needed to help my club.

Pumkinbread5: Yeah that makes sense. Do you boost or use custom eq?

Peadawg: Yeah all my players boost and have eq

Pumkinbread5: Cool. Are you active in team forums?

Peadawg: Unfortunately, I'm addicted -- I find myself on GLB about 10 times a day. I own a team, DC for numerous others. I also to the rankings (even though it takes 5 seconds to do), for most of the teams I play on.

Pumkinbread5: So you know alot about GLB I'd assume?

Peadawg: I know a few things about it, always changing (i.e. Borts announcement the other day), affecting gutting. I try and offer advice to the players that play for me - builds, gear etc. I also ask a lot of questions about particular things - defenses, changes, etc. I'd like to think I build a nice DOT as well.

Pumkinbread5: Looks like you do. What kind of teams would you prefer to be drafted by?

Peadawg: Hopefully a team that can use me for more than just another spot on the roster. I don't ask for much -- just a chance at some HW every know and then. I realize that winning takes time, and only one team can win it each year. Just like to be a part of a good group of agents and players.

Pumkinbread5: Anything else you'd like to say?

Peadawg: I think that's about it -- looking forward to the draft, hopefully someone realizes the potential in my OT and can use him for their team.

Pumkinbread5: Alright thanks for your time.

Peadawg: No problem.

Zel3ra:Going to get Blocking to 73, then agility and other stuff, my strength is at 74, so that's enough

Pumkinbread5: Cool, do you boost or use custom eq?

Zel3ra:Just boost

Pumkinbread5: Are you active in team forums?

Zel3ra:If I have to, I could go almost once a day.

Pumkinbread5: Do you know much about GLB (general knowledge, builds, training, forums, etc...)?

Zel3ra:A bit, I know how to effectively build some positions, and I know how to run the offensive Ai for a run-based team(peewee), I know about cap building, slowbuilding, and SSBing, and quick training. I know where to post stuff and can find my way with forums.

Pumkinbread5: Cool. Are there any specific things you would prefer with a team (casual, normal, other)?

Zel3ra:Nope

Pumkinbread5:Anything else you'd like to say?

Zel3ra:GREAT DRAFT

Pumkinbread5:Agreed thanks for your time.

Team Nucleus:Trying to keep everything organized and ready for draft day is the biggest task.
Now that we have multiple additions to the draft its a bit more to organize.

Wrestlerjrh:Are there any players you are excited about trying to draft to a team you are involved with?

Team Nucleus:Oh yah there are a few players that have caught my eye when looking over the Draft Pool.
I will keep that info to myself cuz I don't want other teams to draft my potential picks.
A good scout never gives out that info.

Wrestlerjrh:How does this years draft look in comparison to previous drafts?

Team Nucleus:Depends how you look at it.Player and Team wise it looks smaller than in the past.
Feature wise its the best one yet and I can't wait for Day 34.
Its early so I expect the Pools to fill up fast around playoff time.

Wrestlerjrh:Any announcements on the horizon you would like to break here first?

Team Nucleus:Hard hitting reporting I like it.
To tell you the truth yes.ILOF is in talks with League Underground about the future of GLB and its current state.
We may have a few owners in serious thought of joining this League Underground and maybe having our draft a part of it also.

Wrestlerjrh:How do the players you have in this draft stack up? Any real stars?

Team Nucleus:There are a few potential greats but DE - Earthquake http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=1397343 has been getting some attention from potential teams planning on drafting him.
Earthquake has really lived up to his name and his sack and forced fumbles totals this far talk for itself.
Hes being blamed in the media for causing the current outbreak of Earthquakes across the globe.

Wrestlerjrh:What makes this draft so great?

Team Nucleus:Simple! Anyone can enter it.We have no restrictions except don't disrupt our system.Theres a Blacklist for those people.
The natural feel of what its like to be involved with an NFL Draft and what goes into such an event is why we started it.
I love to see my players get drafted by a team that needs them rather than using the market.
Through this draft you'll likely join some great teams/owners and overall great people.
Theres just something special about seeing your player get drafted live or at least thats the case with me.

Landry Skins:Here from the scouting combine in Lucas Oil Stadium, beantown508 has been nice enough to give me some time to talk about his players RDE Stellar Performer, LB Joe Cardoso, and HB Nelson Cardoso.
So beantown, in the mock draft Joe Cardoso was selected the second overall pick. Why should a team choose him that early in the draft?

beantown508:Joe is built to stop the run.Anyone that gets past the D-Line becomes my target for impact.

Landry Skins:There are many HBs in the draft but Nelson Cardoso is one of the best in the draft. Do you want him to start and if so why do you think a team should start him?

beantown508:Nelson doesn't care if he starts. He does the damage even with a few carries. Not sure why I wouldn't be a 1st or 2nd string HB.Nelson brings it every game.

Landry Skins:Stellar Performer also has a nice build. Is he a run stopper or pass-rusher?

beantown508:Stellar is a Pass Rusher.I prefer to play the right side only because a right handed passer won't see me coming.I love the sound of a QB's spine cracking.

Landry Skins:Are you planning on boosting your players and wearing Custom Equipment?

beantown508:No way jose' no boosting for me.I like to develope my players without steroids. The CE I might buy every players deserves the best EQ available.

Landry Skins:Anything that you really would like to have from the team your players get drafted on? For example all equipment paid for etc.

beantown508:As long as they help with EQ I'm happy.I make no demands but would like a 1 season contract to feel out the team.If they have my team jersey ready for me on draft day I'd be siked.

Landry Skins:When do you expect each player will be drafted?

beantown508:Don't mind as long as 1 of them get drafted.

Landry Skins:Now lets look at you as an agent. How active are you in the forums?

beantown508:More than some I guess. Some don't post at all,I try to keep up with things.

Landry Skins:Do you have any experience scouting or coordinating? How much? I see you have a team.

beantown508:No experience this is my 1st season owning a team and if it wasn't for Nuc I'd have no players on it.My team came late, real late.I wanted a 14 cap Casual and ended up with a 18 cap.Like it wasn't bad enough me getting it late.I drafted in both drafts.I picked 2 players in the UGLB draft they ended up signing with other teams instead.Nuc drafted me almost a full team but most didn't wait and sign other places also.I did still sign alot of my ILOF draft picks some did wait.I understand because my team came real late. The ILOF staff helped me alot since I started owning a team.

Landry Skins:Any question or concerns?

beantown508:No questions but thanx for interviewing Nelson,Joe,Stellar, and myself.Might see you at the combine.

Landry Skins:Thank you for taking your time to answer these questions beantown, I hope to talk to you again sometime.

wootie123:Gaines is my Speedy DE so i'd like him to be one of the fastest DE's in his league. He's at 106 Speed right now. Dude's a bullet! I'm working on his Vision right now along with Agility.

Pumkinbread5:That's faster than my WR! How is trueblood built?

wootie123:He's my balanced tackle and only balanced tackle!
With
Strength: 79.5
Blocking: 77.5
Agility: 55.5
Speed: 48
He's solid in both Pass/Run Great for any team that's more balanced with their play calling.

Pumkinbread5:Ok. And how is your HB Mr. Carnell built?

wootie123:Cadillac is riding good!
Very good speed/agility Also good vision/carrying I don't know what you'd call that type of back, Scat back maybe?
I'm working on his catching like last season and its had some very nice results.
He's having a great season after missing a whole season!
Rush yards: 1,250.5
TD: 39
Yards Game: 104.2
AVG Carry: 14.9

Pumkinbread5:Do you boost/ use custom eq?

wootie123:All the time! I havent lately.
Just moved into a new house

Pumkinbread5:On a scale from 1-10 how much do you know about GLB?

wootie123:I'd give it a 9. There are some new rule changes that i dislike.
But overall it's great

Pumkinbread5:Are you active in team forums?

wootie123:I'm on everyday and love being active in the forums

Pumkinbread5:Do have any preferences about teams (not being on casual, eq fund)?

wootie123:My preferences would be based on team management. if their good owners/staff i'd love it there. It's never about the money or league for me.

Pumkinbread5:I'd agree with that for my players. Anything else you'd like to say?

wootie123:Thanks for interviewing me it was fun

El_Windex: shutdown

Pumkinbread5: Do you boost or use custom eq?

El_Windex: of course

Pumkinbread5: Are you active in team forums?

El_Windex: eh

Pumkinbread5: Do you prefer equipment fund or not being on casual?

El_Windex: I'm just going to assume it is two separate questions and say that, I don't know who in their right mind would say no to eq fund, and casual or not is not a big deal to me while in the minors.

Pumkinbread5: Alright thanks for your time

eccseth: I am building him to be an agility based DE.

Pumkinbread5: Do you boost or use custom eq?

eccseth: No, I haven't so far, but I could possibly start this offseason with boosting him, with the flex I will be getting back from retiring a couple of my older players.

Pumkinbread5: How much do you know about GLB?

eccseth: I know quite alot. I started playing at the end of season 1, I own a casual pro team and I have been a DC in the past.

Pumkinbread5: Okay, and are you active in team forums?

eccseth: I check the forums everyday, though I dont always post something.

Pumkinbread5: And do you have any specific preferences like eq fund or not being on casual?

eccseth: All I prefer is to have an owner who helps with EQ money.

Pumkinbread5: Any other comments?

eccseth: No

rubedawg I'm building him along the lines of a Speed/Elusive back, but not really focusing on one over the other. He'll probably top out at 115 speed and 90 agility with good amounts of vision. The idea is for him to be able to work both inside and outside of the tackles and stay on the field for all 3 downs.

Pumkinbread5: Ok. Do you boost or use custom eq?

rubedawg: Yes to both.

Pumkinbread5: On a scale of 1-10 how much do you know about GLB?

rubedawg: I'd say a 6. I've been around since season 3. I've build a player at just about every position except for QB, K, and P. Where I fall short is with the more "time intensive" side of the game. Game planning, setting up tactics, exact player formulas etc... Plus I've never run a team which I think is a huge part of the game, which is why I give myself a 6.

Pumkinbread5: Are you active in team forums?

rubedawg: I try to be as much as possible. 95% of my GLB activity comes between 9-5 on Weekdays. I tend to disappear on weekends when its harder for me to get in front of a computer.

Pumkinbread5: Ok, anything else you'd like to say?

rubedawg: Looking forward to getting my first draft experience and helping win some championships.

Hopefully I can break his records.

Pumkinbread5: Do you boost or use custom eq?

High Demand: I no longer boost but I will buy CE if asked..I have reasons for not boosting anymore.

Pumkinbread5: Ok, would you prefer eq fund or not being on casual?

High Demand: Either one.I've played in both and see no difference.

Pumkinbread5: How much do you know about GLB?

High Demand: I know enough to build good players.Learn what I can from others and absorb it in.I'm going to try being an owner for the 1st time and I am excited about that.

Pumkinbread5: What was your team like when you won the championship?

High Demand: We had a perfect season and never lost.Thats going to be tough to beat. The Lancers show no mercy.I hope the next team is as dedicated to winning.

Pumkinbread5: I'm sure they will as they have entered the ILOF draft, as i think of it the draft of champions. What do you think about ILOF?

High Demand: The ILOF has the word I'm thinking about right in the name.Outstanding! The forum is very active with alot of great infromation both draft wise and GLB info wise.I think the guys doing this deserve more positive attention than what they have received. As long as I have a free agent I'm entering this draft.Did I forget to mention I bought a Casual 14 Cap team for this seasons draft.

Pumkinbread5: And is there anything else you'd like to say?

High Demand: Yes thanks for the interview

Pumkinbread5: Ok, do you boost or use custom eq?

bluelightning1224: I dont boost/nor use custom eq. i'm a low-income type of person so i've already put my fairshare of money into this game

bluelightning1224: I look at the forums almost everyday, and if what i want to say fits in, i chat up in the forum too

Slow Learner: He's at 73 in strength and around 50 for tackling, speed, agility, and vision.

Pumkinbread5: Are you going to continue with strength and tackling at 73 and 55, or continue upgrading speed and agility at 52 and 50?

Slow Learner: I'm going to keep on pumping Strength and Tackling.I slacked when I did speed and agility and my stats paid the price for it.Now I go back to again.

Pumkinbread5: And is your CB speedy or shutdown?

Slow Learner: Slow Learner Jr. Is a Shutdown Corner.See his picks so far in his career. He is fast too.

Pumkinbread5: Do you boost or use custom eq?

Hi All Meat!
I'm bean and I'm a reporter for the ILOF News/Media.Welcome to Inside the ILOF.
We at the Media are conducting interviews with all team owners already registered on the website.
If you don't mind please answer the following questions.

1.How long have you been a member on GLB and whats your experience?
All Meat - started in..season 3 or so. Spent most my time just building dots for my RL friends' teams at 1st, then my friends quit playing. Then spent my time in GD. then spent a year away from GLB. Been back a couple seasons learning the new ways to build and doing a bit of ST coaching.

2.How did you hear or find out about the ILOF?
All Meat - Private Forum Announcements

3.What do you think about ILOF and nucs crazy idea of doing this league thing?
All Meat - Great idea. non-boosters need a place to play and be competative. and there needs to be a league where everyone is actually interested in the league. No CPU teams.

4.Are you entering teams, players or both?
All Meat - A team. making some dots for my own team.

5.I like how we don't boost or buy CEQ. What are a few things you like about the league forum or league itself?
All Meat - See answer number 3. like I said if their in the league, their interested. Noones using this league as a stepping stone. They're here to be here. No rivalries ruined by promotion.

6.Anything you are worried about?
All Meat - Keeping track of non boosting later on in the league and replacing teams that fall out later on. Figure each season someone can make a player and make sure they get max xp and use them to compare to dots their age and younger. I'm struggling with how to plan mixing in younger players starting around season 10.

7.Do you think the draft idea will work in this league?
All Meat - Yes. The best thing about the draft imo, is that all teams will get filled up. I think supplemental drafts...drafts after season 1 will be the most exciting, when teams may have specific needs and there are players that were peewee mvp's or whatever entering the draft.

8.Your a team owner so how are you preparing for the draft?
All Meat - I'm not planning on drafting most of my team, season one. I'm spending this time teaching some guys to build better and getting my OC/DC situated.

9.Is there a certain way you plan on picking draft prospects?
All Meat - Before I draft a player from any agent, I'll ask to see an open build of one of their older players.

10.How is your team planning on winning an ILOF Superbowl?
All Meat - Wouldn't you like to know. Can't give away all my secrets.

Anything you wanta say to the ILOF and its Fans?
All Meat - Unseen is a bit of a themed team, for Terry Pratchett/Discworld fans. Anyone putting players into the draft should let me know if that is of interest to you.

Thanks I'm bean and from all of us at Inside the ILOF studios...Goodnight!

I'm bean and I'm a reporter for the ILOF News/Media.Welcome to Inside the ILOF.
Today we have Grr8WhiteHype the owner of the Purdue Boilermakers.

How long have you been a member on GLB and whats your experience?
Grr8WhiteHype - Since season 7 or 8. Got into GMing right away and still OC for the team that gave me my first chance to coordinate. I've done defense as well about half the seasons but don't have time for it anymore.

How did you hear or find out about the ILOF?
Grr8WhiteHype - Honestly can't remember. Either a post in a public forum or on one of my teams.

What do you think about ILOF and nucs crazy idea of doing this league thing?
Grr8WhiteHype - It's good. Wouldn't be part of it otherwise ... obviously.

Are you entering teams, players or both?
Grr8WhiteHype - I will be entering the best players and team there is in the league.

I like how we don't boost or buy CEQ. What are a few things you like about the league forum or league itself?
Grr8WhiteHype - Not boosting is a plus. Will be fun and not so expensive. I'm hoping the draft will help make recruiting not such a pain in the ass.

Anything you are worried about?
Grr8WhiteHype - Whether we will ever have enough players to really make this work.

Do you think the draft idea will work in this league?
Grr8WhiteHype - Definitely at first. After a season or two who knows. That will be the key to the league surviving.

Your a team owner so how are you preparing for the draft?
Grr8WhiteHype - Can't yet. No players have been created.

Is there a certain way you plan on picking draft prospects?
Grr8WhiteHype - I have some ideas but why would I reveal what my draft strategy will be?

How is your team planning on winning an ILOF Superbowl?
Grr8WhiteHype - By having the best and most dashingly handsome owner in the league.

Anything you wanta say to the ILOF and its Fans?
Grr8WhiteHype - Sign with my team if you know how to make great dots.

Thanks I'm bean and from the ILOF News/Media studios this has been brought to you by Inside the ILOF,goodnight.

Today we have bandit0831 owner of the Milan Eagles in the studio. So lets get started.

bandit0831 hi and welcome to Inside the ILOF.

How long have you owned the Milan Eagles?
bandit0831 - I created the Milan Eagles in season 6 or so.

Are you using the draft to fill out your roster or are you creating players for your team?
bandit0831 - I will be creating dots for the team at this point.I will be watching the draft as closely as possible to see how well it worked out.

Looking at the agents players 4 games into the season and visualizing how they are being built.Does it help that the draft will have 40 day old players when drafting?
bandit0831 - The idea of drafting 40 day old players is a fantastic idea because we get to see how the building process is working with different agents.

Its good to know I'm talking to a champion.Hows it feel to win the golds?
bandit0831 - No comment.

What are your plans as Team Owner of the Milan Eagles?
bandit0831 - If needing players for any season after the first I would certainly work the draft option.

If you could choose a conference and division to be in,in the ILOF.Which would it be and why?
bandit0831 - No comment.

Oh look there goes Nuc now.Geesh the perks of being the league commish.Did you see the hooters on those girls?
bandit0831 - No comment.

Damn my bad bandit0831 I got distracted a bit.Where were we...oh yah do you see any agents in particular you have your eyes on when scouting players?
bandit0831 - No comment.

Given your time in the ILOF and its forums, whats your take on everything going on now and in the past?
bandit0831 - The ILOF forums and web site is coming along fantastically!! Very well organized and fun to be apart of.

I'd like to be the 1st to wish you good luck.I'm Slow Learner and from all of us at Inside the ILOF studios...Goodnight!

Hi Team Nucleus!
I'm bean and I'm a reporter for the ILOF News/Media.Welcome to Inside the ILOF.
Today we have Team Nucleus the owner of the New Bedford Gravediggers and ILOF Allstars.

How long have you been a member on GLB and whats your experience?
Team Nucleus - I have been a member of GLB since season 6.Ran a public GLB draft from season 7 to season 15.
What else...CFO and help out a bunch of teams/owners/groups such as networks and alliances.

How did you hear or find out about the ILOF?
Team Nucleus - Tough question there.....mmartian and I created the ILOF back in season 7 as a way to make GLB have an NFL feel to it.
ILOF began as a small orginization of agents that typically delt with each other on a dialy basis by way of trades/players/GMs.
As the agents for ILOF increased it made it easier for one ILOF team/agent to identify one another however as ILOF agents expanded so did the idea.
The now larger group of agents wanted to expand on the football simulation to more closely resemble professional football- so the hall of fame and draft were created.
And still yet as it grows we seek to discover more ways/ideas on how to make it more real/fun for the player. So the Franchise League is being introduced!

What do you think about ILOF and nucs crazy idea of doing this league thing?
Team Nucleus - So I'm crazy huh.
You are the one asking me where I heard about the ILOF
If the league fills out a bit more things will be both interesting and fun.

Are you entering teams, players or both?
Team Nucleus - Both.I'm entering 1 League Team New Bedford Gravediggers and 1 Farm Team ILOF Allstars.
I'm also creating a ton of players.

I like how we don't boost or buy CEQ. What are a few things you like about the league forum or league itself?
Team Nucleus - The league forum will be used as a communicating tool for the league.
Our League Website will contain most of the league material but we have it backed up in our league forum as well.

Anything you are worried about?
Team Nucleus - Yes of course,I fear we won't get the interest needed to have a successful league.
Sure we could start it with 10 teams but if we don't have enough players to sustain the league we are doomed.
We could always go back to doing the Public GLB Draft again.

Do you think the draft idea will work in this league?
Team Nucleus - Yes of course. It works in the NFL it will work in the ILOF.
We have 8 seasons worth of successful drafts so that won't be a worry but it will be something to look forwrad to.

Your a team owner so how are you preparing for the draft?
Team Nucleus - If I tell you I'll have to kill you.
A good scout never gives out that information.

Is there a certain way you plan on picking draft prospects?
Team Nucleus - Did you not hear me bean,I'll give you a little insight.
Turn off the tapes please.Ok I'm going to scout the created players (Draft Prospects) next season while they are preparing for the draft.
I have an idea of which positions I'll be drafting first.Unless of course theres an eye catcher that makes me change my mind.

How is your team planning on winning an ILOF Superbowl?
Team Nucleus - We plan to use the draft and sign as many players long term as possible.
We'll also sign short term contracts to.We are very flexible when it comes to contracts.

Anything you wanta say to the ILOF and its Fans?
Team Nucleus - Yes,I can't stress this enough..Without you we have nothing but a forum of threads with no meaning.
You have my word and my commitment to this project.I'll answer any questions anyone has also.
I'll do my best to add any new suggestions that will make the league better.
Save your hard earned money, join our league and take out your girl/wife or buy a new car/motorcycle/boat instead.

Thanks I'm bean and from the ILOF News/Media studios this has been brought to you by Inside the ILOF,goodnight.

I'm bean and I'm a reporter for the ILOF News/Media.Welcome to Inside the ILOF.
Today we have Bandit0831 the owner of the Milan Eagles.

How long have you been a member on GLB and whats your experience?
Bandit0831 - I became a GLB member back in season 5 as a dot builder. After two seasons I decided to give team ownership a try and it turned out to be a fun experience for me.

How did you hear or find out about the ILOF?
Bandit0831 - I heard that nuc was going a different route in playing this game and was organizing a league of non boosters with a draft type system.

What do you think about ILOF and nucs crazy idea of doing this league thing?
Bandit0831 - I like this idea and and figured if nuc would put all this work into something at least I would help in participation.

Are you entering teams, players or both?
Bandit0831 - This being the first season, I figured to create a team of my own. Not sure how well the draft would be I decided to fill my team with dots of my own and with friends as well.

I like how we don't boost or buy CEQ. What are a few things you like about the league forum or league itself?
Bandit0831 - Watching how this league is forming and growing as we speak, already I am impressed with how it all is coming together with the forums and especially the web site.

Anything you are worried about?
Bandit0831 - I'm not worried about things per say, just curious about how well the drafting will work out. That is why I chose to fill my team myself and just watch how the draft works and how team owners feel about things afterwards.

Do you think the draft idea will work in this league?
Bandit0831 - I feel the draft will have its problems as far as dot builders go but the drafting process itself should run smoothly.

Your a team owner so how are you preparing for the draft?
Bandit0831 - I am looking forward to the draft results, but as I mentioned.

Is there a certain way you plan on picking draft prospects?
Bandit0831 - I will be filling my team myself this first season and probably if needed, draft any player positions seasons afterwards.

How is your team planning on winning an ILOF Superbowl?
Bandit0831 - Every owner wants that ILOF super bowl ring !! With the right coordinators and player building techniques it should be in view for every team.

Anything you wanta say to the ILOF and its Fans?
Bandit0831 - To the ILOF and the fans that seem to be growing quickly, good luck to everyone and let us make this new endeavor a great success !!

Jay Gold: Hello. I'm Jay Gold and I'm a reporter for the ILOF News/Media. Welcome to Inside the ILOF. Today we have mbarber89, the owner of the Syracuse Orange.

mbarber89: Thanks for having me.

Jay Gold: So mbarber, I know you're disappointed as the owner of the Orange to be coming off a 38-7 loss to Fairhaven. However, did you see any positives and eye-opening performances from any of your players?

mbarber89: It was a hard lost. There is a lot we have to fix. What I did see was that, even when were down our players didnt give up. They tried there hardest to make a come back but the other team was one step a head of us.

Jay Gold: That being said, you and your team look ahead to Guahan, a matchup that looks not so good for your team on paper. Now I won't ask about what type of game plan you will employ, but have you and the team been watching game film and scouting any possible weaknesses in your next opponent?

mbarber89: Oh yea. I been watching this team game film sense last season and try to see what plays will work. Also, what said on paper means nothing to me. It what happens on the field that matters and thats how it will be all season.

Jay Gold: Good luck with your team's next game. Before I let you go and get ready for Guahan, which early on is showing to be primarily a running team, will you more than likely shuffle players around to find who works best in what position on a certain down and distance as the season rolls along?

mbarber89: Oh yea, players will be moving around till we find what works best. Each week you will see something different in our roster either on defense or offense.

Jay Gold: Even though it's been a rough start to the season for the Syracuse Orange in the debut season of the ILOF League, the owner of the Orange seems optimistic. Thanks for joining me today mbarber89, and from the ILOF News/Media studios this has been brought to you by Inside the ILOF.

Jay Gold: "Good evening everyone. With me here in the interview room at Inside the ILOF Headquarters is Snake Wood, a power halfback on the NFN Continental Division Leaders, the Unseen Academicals. Now Snake, it's been a good two wins for the Academicals to start off the season, but I know you must be disappointed at your slow start on the ground. Do you believe that your stats will pick up as the season rolls along?"

Snake Wood: I always want to push myself to do better and improve everygame. But in the end its not about my stats but the teams victories.

Jay Gold: "Yeah, I understand where you're coming from. Rushing up the middle is tough with those big hefty defensive linemen. But still, you've shown some promise and eventually along the line could be a HUGE asset to your team."

Snake Wood: It can be difficult up the middle with the talented defensive linemen in this league but we have a a great O line and thats what i was brought here to do take it right through the D line.

Jay Gold: "So next up for you and the rest of the Academicals, you guys take on the New Bedford Gravediggers. Rumor has it that all of their players love to bring shovels to the games to intimidate their opponents. Does that sort of mind game effect you in any way?"

Snake Wood: Not at all Jay just gimics. Im still going to play my game.

Jay Gold: "That response works for me. Anyways, what's your game plan going into this one? Just ram it straight up the gut or perhaps throw in some cuts and jukes and take holes when they come?"

Snake Wood: Im going to stick with my game plan and just ram it up the middle. been working with a trainer on my speed an agility though so you never know.

Jay Gold: "Sounds like you'll be fun to watch out there against the Gravediggers. I'm sure All Meat, your owner and coach will keep handing you the rock, and make you really earn that money from being a first round pick in the draft. I'm sure that makes you quite the happy camper too to be grinding out that yardage."

Snake Wood: I was very grateful to be selected as such a high round with the amount of talent that was available in this years draft. Just hoping to continue to get better and help out my team.

Jay Gold: "Well thank you Snake Wood for coming here tonight for this interview. Let's see if you and the rest of the Academicals can remain undefeated in this debut season of the ILOF League. That's all for now though. This is Jay Gold for Inside the ILOF. Thank you and have a good night."
