Bought this team two days ago. Im looking for an up and coming Defensive Cordinator. I dont have a lot of experience in the Pee Wee area but I want to try it out so I need a dc who wants to stay and build a pee wee dynasty with me.
I dont care if you have experience or not as long as your willing to put in the time thats needed to build a championship caliber defense.
