How many RevCakes are happening away from or after the play and have no impact on the play whatsoever? Take my Centers for example, they get RevCaked pretty regularly...but neither has given up a sack nor a hurry this season. What's the point?

Yes, because if a rule can't cater to more than a single position, that makes it MORE worthwhile, not less. Nobody forced you to make a tackle.

RevCakes are a pointless stat. They do not seem to correlate into sacks, tackles, hurries, or anything else useful for that matter.

Now, if RevCakes were a.) not so ridiculously frequent, and b.) a contributor to how good or bad a team does (currently, I don't believe they mean anything), I would change my vote to +1.


Edit: Meh... changing my vote to a +1. Still believe the above, but really, who cares. Certainly isn't going to make the game less enjoyable for me, so why not. Keep that in mind next time somebody suggests something that doesn't affect you. If it doesn't hurt the game, and makes someone else enjoy the game more.... vote YES!
