or the freaking recruiting is guetting harder?? it seems that player preffer being 6 on the roster of a WL team then just join a casual one ???

It is all about who you know, and getting to know those that will help you in the long run for some of the people. You just have to sell the team, and the person right. Recruiting has changed from the beginning of this game, before, they wanted wooed, now they want the truth, and get to the point. Try not sending a bulk PM, and going after the players that you really want there overtop of just getting players, if you chip away, you will get to the final puzzle quicker, then if you put a bandaid on a bullet wound. You need to prioritize as well, some things leave the market quicker, or there are less of them in the Market then there should be. Honestly, I never sign until after the Preseason unless it is a friends team, because when you get offered a Starting spot, or you will be the guy, that only last's until they sign more players. There are so many ways to land recruits, just reinvent the way you are doing it if it is not working. Everyone is a person, have different views, want's, and needs, you have to find what they want, and deliver that. -Naka
