I am a little late to this conversation but would like to say hats off to you guys for a ton of great teams this year.

I am currently from the Cy-fair area NW Houston/Cypress area. I actually live across the street from the Berry Center which is where all the big Cy-fair games happen. I named the teams in order to hopefully draw out the some locals to join ranks with ion GLB.

I have been sick for weeks and I am finally getting over the flu, so I will be much more active in forum, but would like to perk up the forum.

The rolling blackouts in Houston suck today. Hope everyone out there is out of the cold..

Looking forward to a gg from Verona Vipers - i kind of owe them some payback, but not sure we can hand out the vengeance for what they did to the Cyclones.

I live in town, West U area. Juice lives in Cy-Fair. I haven't been to the Berry Center but for a high school sports complex and the pictures I've seen, it is pretty damn impressive.

I grew up in the area. Went to Cy-Creek back in the day. Little sis ended up at Fair. We lived on the Tomball side of town. Been gone long enough that Houston isn't home any more but I spent 15 of the first 18 years of my life there.

I'm up in Amarillo now. Woke up to frozen pipes this morning but fortunately the water is now flowing. Sucks going out into a -6 degree temp with a -30 to -40 degree wind chill with the gusts to try to figure out if there is anything you thaw...

Friend at work pointed out that Amarillo was colder than the north pole this morning. I know there are worse places now like Chicago, and Missouri, but you don't expect to get this in Texas, even in the Panhandle.
