Unfortunately we (Detroit Disciples) drew one of the tougher teams in the tourney in round one (Cy Fair Cylons). I imagine they will be in the final 4 (where I was hoping we would be). Thought we might be able to sneak up this league. We were a fumble away from taking that game, but Cy Fair earned in.

Dayton was similarly unlucky in the draw. Drawing Dijibouti in the first round didn't do them any favors. I would have put them as a top 8 team probably.

I know draws are determined randomly so that just the way it breaks. Would be nice if they could start seeding based on effective level or something. Wouldn't be perfect of course, but would probably get a bit closer.
