I heard the best way to build a TE is cap speed 73 then agility to 68while training catching and vision. Then cap catching while training strength and etc etc on the rest of the basic build on a rec TE...

Take speed and agility higher? Or is 73 and 68 fine? Any advice on the order of training?

id go higher caps for speed and agility and probably make use of Jumping before vision. Then again it probably doesnt matter the order there.

Probably would order it somewhat like this:

Speed
Agility
Catching
Jumping/Vision
Carrying
Strength
Stamina
Confidence

For a speedster I would aim for these natural endings:

85+ speed
80+ agility
75+ Catching
The rest is pretty much dependent on your role imo.

For a RZ or medium yardage receiving threat I would take Catching and Jumping a bit higher. 85+ Catching and 75+ Jumping.

And for a Power TE you are gonna want to pay more attention to things like Carrying and Strength obviously. So its kinda a give and take throughout the build depending on what direction you are gonna go with him. There is more than one way to skin a cat no matter what people try to tell ya. When GLB finally releases the 2 TE set there will be use for a lot of different builds. Mainly those 3 right there.

I wouldn't neglect blocking for a receiving TE, otherwise you've just helped the other team gameplan for your offense, your offense must be able to mix it up alittle, you don't need blocking very high, just enough to do the job for a few plays

Not really.

You can run weak side or even strong inside with the receiving TE on the field. Putting a token amount of blocking on a receiving TE isn't going to make him have anything remotely resembling quality blocking at high levels. All you are going to be doing is making him a worse receiving threat.
