Oh they definitely killed non boosting teams with this latest update. I think that was what they were going for but in what has become typical GLB fashion they screwed other things up in the process.
This season is going to be a wash for you unfortunately. I would suggest starting the team over again next season from scratch because it is pretty much impossible to recruit in this game now.
