Warrior General Games

Seems like EVERY year, there seems to be a MAJOR lack or BOTH Parity & Competitive Balance. There needs to be more parity to better give a chance to win.

The leagues look more balanced than ever before to me. The only weak spot being the unlimited leagues, but they have always had issues caused by teams demoting. Might work out with a season under this new system to sort teams into competitive levels.

Needs to be another age group between National Semi Pro and Regional Pro in my opinion. They can leave the Regional Pros as is with a 261- unlimited age so it doesn't disturb any of the teams but they should also add another age group that is 261-359 days. This would even out Regional Pro and give level 50-60 teams a group to compete in.

I think the idea is teams will end up spread among the three levels of competition in their Age group. If so, that accomplishes more than adding in an extra Age group as you suggest. The problems with the current system is demotions, gut jobs and guys signing Dots in the critical spots that unbalance things. So unless Bort somehow accounts for them, more leagues as you suggest will be needed.

Well, you goofed a bit. Only takes one Dot who's age puts him in Regional Pro and the whole team goes. Probably shouldn't of been put in Elite though. Did you send a message to Support like Catch22's message indicated should be done?

Yes we did send a ticket and the response was basically, 'working as intended'. We didn't goof really. We made a team back in season 13 and we built some players a on day 34 of Season 12 to take advantage of a few extra days of training. They didn't level up too fast for the old system so we were progressing perfectly. Should have been in the A leagues this season coming off a Cap 46 elite conference championship.
We did the right thing under the old system but didn't foresee them changing how age groups worked in season 20. I means really who could? So now we are screwed. The older dots on our team we picked up this season to replace inactives and to try to compete but we realize that this season is pretty much going to be a wash. I know a few other teams in our conference that are in the same boat.

I wouldn't give up just yet...our team has always been outmatched level wise and we've done pretty well.

We got shafted the opposite way this season...we should have been moved up much higher but because the age of our team was so young we were held back

I'm looking to trade some players to level the playing field a bit. NO player above Level 45 SHOULD be a bench warmer.

Yea, Beta game nails you in the back side. It's happened to me a few times. Still odd they put you in Elite, probably should of made a "sideways" movement with teams like yours and stacked them together. Of course showing you were much better than the bulk of your competition is going to keep you facing opponents with more level power.

In my experience these tickets go in and are mostly deliberately ignored, (for a number of different boring reasons) so when the deadline passes, they then get back to you and say, sorry if only.....
