it would be nice to get a mod to put this to vote. seems to have a positive response so far.

Agree 100% with this idea.
Add the ability for owners to grant more abilities to the co-owner.
These should include:
Send GM Offers / Edit GM roles
Schedule/Accept Friendly Scrimmage offers
