Let the owner have the ability to select more responsibilities to give to the Co.

Adding or subtracting GMs to any of the GM slots and be able to select what tasks they will be allowed to perform.

Benefits:
Helps reduce the owners workload
The Co can run the team seamlessly if the owner wont be able to sign in for whatever reason over an extended time.
Huge recruiting benefit especially during all the off season changes
If there is an AI problem and the owner isnt around for awhile, the Co can add a mod to the gm list to try to solve the problem

GLB i dont know when u guys start to decide what to do in the offseason. Going by all of the threads that have popped up from last season to this season re guarding different ideas of "GIVING THE OWNER THE ABILITY TO DELEGATE" any task seems to be a hot topic and it seems the GLB community has favored just about all of those variations.

Could you guys look into this and try to get a few if not all implemented this offseason?

I think the owner should have the option to let a co-owner do as much as the owner can. It should all be up to the owner.

i could go for that. this has been brought up plenty of times. whats their reasoning for not doing it?

maybe they should send this to the suggestion box for a vote. ive seen this suggested somewhere before but it seems to mysteriously get ignored by glb.

That is what a co-owner is for

what can a Co do now that a HC or DC or OC cant do? there should be more responsibilities that an owner can select to give a Co if they want.

I really agree with this. As of right nopw a Co-Owner is no special then a headcoach. If you have a headcoach that's active, then a Co-Owner is not even an Option. The only thing a Co-Owner should not be able to do is sell the team But anything else that a Owner can do, should be an Option list of what the Owner is willing to allow the Co-Owner to do as well as accept scrimmage offers.

being able to schedule and accept scrims would be a bonus. since you can now donate flex, you would think it would be easy to let a Co schedule and pay for a scrim.
