Age range for this league is 141-200 days old. Regarding the effective level of your player, look at your players main page and you'll see two numbers where his level is listed, i.e. 40/42. The first one on the left is his actual level and the second one on the right is is his effective level, i.e. what GLB thinks his true playing level is. Keep in mind that the level and effective level are really debatable points since some people rely on them and some swear on their ancestor's grave that they are worthless. Also, on the team roster page, there is some effective level information. And lets not forget all of the GreaseMonkey scripts that are and will take advantage of effective level.
