First time really making a scat fb. I ran it through the builder to get an idea. ended up finishing with 30 extra sps. I figured aeq and custom to bring sticky and qc up to 10. extra sa is first step. I planned on putting all eq in speed. Do you think I should spend more on speed or catching to start with, or should I use the extra sps and bts to get an extra sa like run route? Or is it all wrong aside from that even? This is a quick quick rough draft and not optimum but close enough to where I was thinking.. Also screwed up and forgot to boost it somewhere towards the end.

honestly, 70 catching at end build is more than enough for a FB IMO. You'd be better off spending the skill points elsewhere. Unless he's only going to be a receiving threat with no carries. With 6 strength, it will be hard for him to break many tackles and with little carrying also. DC's have no problem stopping that. Don't bother with blocking either, there is no point.

I'm also making a scat FB and I ran him through the builder. His natural stats will look like this at level 70:

9 in QC and 10 in spin. I'm probably going to add the juke SA and put 10 in that, but I'm not sure yet, so the build will look a little different if I go that route. It's my first attempt at a dual threat FB and we'll see.

Okay. thanks for the advice. I will plan to move str and carrying up some and add in an extra sa.
