the arguments against this are clear:
1) this isn't need as the option already exists. you can PM your tactics settings to the GMs, you can post your tactics settings in the forum, you can even put them in the "Custom Player Notes" section on your players homepage.
2) it is a slippery slope. what begins as an "option" quickly becomes an expectation
3) most significantly, this is about ownership and cash. agents pay real cash to own dots. part of owning a dot is the right to set and control tactics for that dot whether or not the team GMs agree. this is where it is different from real life. in real life the team owner pays the players to play. in GLB the agents pay to play their players. this is why the suggestion is a bad idea and why, since GLB knows where their revenues come from (dot owners buying and boosting dots 90%, team owners buying and renewing teams 10%), this will never be implemented.
so this is a waste of time and energy and vitriol for all of you who keep trying to resurrect this. let it die.
