All in Strength?

or 50/50 in strength and blocking?

I would NOT go blocking since you dont need to hold your block for a long period of time I would go strength and speed 3-1. Just to make sure you have enough speed to get to the outside.

Depends on how you built him, but probably more like 50/50, or possibly 15/35/50 agi/str/speed.

like tautology said, it depends entirely on the build. I'd probably favor speed a whole lot... But whatever you do, don't put them in blocking.

speed is slightly better, but you want to bring it up later because of the ALG system.

End build you want at least 100 speed and 90 agility.
