In my personal opinion, the VA should be given too the player.

Also, at lower levels (maybe even higher) the Team Captain could be given Team Captain EQ

I'm open to suggestions for what to do with the lower-leveled players (<25). I just don't know what to do.

Who cares if its been suggested the Point is to get it done. I know a bunch of people that have suggested it but they havent updated there post like KLK and I, they lost interest in trying to get it done we havent.

I remember those guys

I think a owner (or GM) should just 3 players for each game to be captains. They will choose best, most valuable players. These players may get the bonus (in moral or something) and being a captain will trigger the made ability "Team General" which will make players play better together and give them the slight bonus.

Umm hello lets get a vote on this.....

This is actually a good idea, but it should be limited to the team marking that player as a captain, then the VA option is made available. If that player leaves during the season, the VA points are returned for redistribution into other VAs.
