Always boost, might add custom EQ (not sure yet). Don't care about starting or backing-up as long as they get plenty of time on the field.
Also have a Lvl. 31 DT, CB/KR, FS, & K. Preference will be given to anybody wanting to keep the whole group together - makes keeping track of them easier.
