depends on the build.

Are you building a speed receiving TE or a possession receiving TE?

For a speedy TE yea it's a good 1. The more separation the better and to get to full speed in less ticks.

it's great for a YAC minded TE build.

How would you guys rank the SAs for that type of Speed TE?

Any love for Catch in Stride for a high speed guy with decent catching. Seems that those few ticks on a deep slant catch could get you to the endzone ahead of the trailing coverage.
