New to peewee. Do the leagues get tightened up to get rid of the cpu teams or are more teams being handed out ?

No you were just looking at it with a dated view. Team renames and stuff like that do no take effect until after rollover. I renamed my team last night at about 8 pm central. Did not show up on the league page until this am.
