I think this a great idea and glad to see it implemented. I wish the announcement would have come before Day 20 though, as I've put in a LOT of work determining my recruiting needs based on the thinking that my S4d40 players would need replacing.

Great move. Will there be a link on players page to enable us to see how many boosts the player has done? That would give me the ability to decide whether or not to extend contracts to players or retire mine.

I think we definitely need to see something on player screens to let people know when a player will be entering decline. This is going to be pretty major for recruiting.

Firstly about 480 day old dots with their first season of decline just behind them at the end of s16 and full 120 eligibility:
The announcement says their decline will be removed. Does that means that their attributes will be without any penalties, so they will begin declining again (entering their second decline season) at the onset of s20?
And more generally: even though no VPs are accumulated through the plateau, will the VA reset still be available each offseason?
Finally, will this mean that the implementation of coaches will be delayed for a season or two?
A welcome addition to the game imo. It'll sure throw a lot of reruiting plans up in the air though!

Love the Idea but think it should be for all players created S17 Day 1.

Great Idea. I know it doesn't benefit the non-boosters, but they don't really reach the top levels anyway.

I'm neither for nor against this new addition to the game. It may prove usefull, not to be replacing most of the team each season.
One question though. When scouting for new players, will the extend of the plateau be visible. I mean, 2 players at the same age could very well have difference in the extend of the plateau, depending on the amount of boosts had been done to the players.
