Any Run Stopping DE is taking their STR to 77 initially, if you want to hang with them and not just the AGI based DE's of yesteryear you need to take it up to 77.

I take it to 83

just remember TEs cant go as high as other linemen because they need higher mobility and vision/conf so they can hit the flats and the secondary quicker and smarter.

BLOCK TE often faces secondary defenders,so 73 is ok imo...
