I saw they increased the importance of morale, but what happened with stamina? I thought it was supposed to get another bump this season. I spent most of the season working on stamina in anticipation of that.

I'm trying to switch out an extra SA for my DT and tunnel vision isn't showing up in the list of possible replacments. working as intended or a bug?

There is a check box at the top that says "Show only recommended upgrades". Uncheck that and see if it shows up.

are the transportation, entertainment, and lodging costs listed the costs for the whole season or each time they're used? (i.e. am i charged $6.72M for every time my team stays at a 3 star hotel on away games)

I saw in one of the latest updates from Bort that all teams cash totals will be set to the base value (whatever that means) in season 16. Does that mean we should spend all we have on the stadium construction now, so we get more cash when that goes live?

The little ? mark note on the page says it will be charged on day 1 of the season. As I understand it, the charge is for all season and will be charged all at once.

also...when would this be charged to my teams bank?

all away game travel and lodging cost cover the season. and home game entertainment covers the season but somethings like free nacho promo are from game to game.
